CYO was established in 1957 to provide an arena for the youth of Long Island to grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This safe haven was designed to provide the environment for our children to develop fully and find within themselves their greatest potential.

Since 1993 CYO of Nassau and Suffolk has maintained itself as a self-funded organization. Funding for our various programs are obtained through participation fees and fundraising events. These activities include the annual Cocktail/Role Model Party and the Bishop J. Ryan Golf Outing and Commemorative Journal. To keep our participation fees at a minimum and still allow our programs to thrive and flourish, your participation is vital. The continued success of CYO depends upon generous donations from individuals, companies, and organizations who donate their resources. These resources include money and in-kind donations. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
