By checking below, I confirm that I understand and agree to uphold the policies and procedures, rules and modifications that govern league play (as posted on www.cyons.org). I agree to perform in an ethical manner at all CYO contests.  Further, I understand that CYO games are assigned to officials based on tenure, certifications and the previous season's rating and that not all officials will be eligible to officiate in the CYO Tyro/Senior and High School programs. By signing this I understand that failure to fully perform all required actions by CYO can result in loss of a fee for that game.
