Refund of offical fees for TBA games never played and forfeits by the opponent are processed upon request from the coach or coordinator.

All team reimbursement requests are reviewed and aggregated at the end of the season. All requests MUST be made by the conclusion of the regular season.

A separate request should be completed for each game.
